Lemminkainen is an asphalt mixing plant situated on Karmoey just north of Karmoey Bridge. Vessels will most often berth port side alongside.

When berthing, ship's Masters should be aware of a construction supporting the conveyor belt used for loading smaller vessels with asphalt. This construction is situated on the southern end of the jetty, flush with the outer face of the jetty, and may therefore a potential danger for damage to the ship as well as to the construction.
Masters should also be aware that water is very shallow south of the southern end of the jetty. The shallow area starts about 50 m from the northern end of the jetty along a line - and in line - with the outer face. Max water depth 5.1 m along the southern end of the jetty. May vary.
